Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage general accounting activities including standalone financial statement preparation for private entities and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • •Perform month close (GL accounting) and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to Ind AS and US GAAP/HON policies.
  • •Review, prepare, post, and reconcile journal entries (accruals, provisions, cross-charges, and functional adjustments) and complete account reconciliations (Blackline).
  • •Drive process excellence in R2R, reduce exceptions via root-cause analysis, and participate in process improvement reviews and projects.
  • •Support internal and external audits and ensure controls compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, IGAAP, and US GAAP, working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •CA, CA Inter, or a bachelor’s in finance/accounting.
  • •0-2 years experience for CA; 4-6 years for CA Inter; or 5-7+ years overall finance experience for bachelor’s in finance/accounting.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP GL and understanding of AR and AP subledger.
  • •Strong knowledge of Ind AS and US GAAP, including accounting policies and processes.
  • •Good understanding of IGAAP concepts and R2R (record-to-report) processes, plus technical and analytical skills.
