  • •Direct and control staff to execute the business plan and hold teams accountable for decisions and performance.
  • •Coordinate production/manufacturing strategies, optimize operational efficiency, and respond to business plan changes.
  • •Develop and maintain quality standards, sustain ISO/TS registration, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
