Job Summary

Enable availability of microprocessors by improving test quality and yield. Own silicon characterization plans across process, voltage, and temperature; develop and release high-quality test programs for production while meeting KPIs. Collaborate with product development groups on test program infrastructure, test hardware, silicon bring-up, debug, and high-volume data analysis. Drive weekly yield step-up and build agentic AI to speed up yield and test data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•Own silicon characterization plan across process, voltage, and temperature.
•Drive yield step-up through weekly yield meetings and presenting to a wider PEO audience.
•Develop agentic AI to speed up yield and test data analytics.
•Collaborate with product development groups to bring up and ramp new products including test program infrastructure development.
•Correlate and release high-quality test programs for production testing while meeting KPIs for quality, yield, and test time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 126,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Familiar with concepts surrounding JTAG, ATPG, BIST, or HSIO.
•Proficient in software programming and scripting languages (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python).
•Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git, SVN, CVS).
•Knowledgeable in statistical analysis.
•BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
