Key Responsibilities

  • •Own silicon characterization plan across process, voltage, and temperature.
  • •Drive yield step-up through weekly yield meetings and presenting to a wider PEO audience.
  • •Develop agentic AI to speed up yield and test data analytics.
  • •Collaborate with product development groups to bring up and ramp new products including test program infrastructure development.
  • •Correlate and release high-quality test programs for production testing while meeting KPIs for quality, yield, and test time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 126,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Familiar with concepts surrounding JTAG, ATPG, BIST, or HSIO.
  • •Proficient in software programming and scripting languages (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python).
  • •Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git, SVN, CVS).
  • •Knowledgeable in statistical analysis.
  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
