Investment Banking VP - Industrials

Provide client relationship management and strategic investment banking advisory for corporate and private equity clients across buyside and sellside M&A, debt and equity capital raising. Lead support for business development and product/client relationship management, drive deal execution from idea to sales pitches through due diligence and pitch prep, and manage complex transaction issues. Over time, also “sell the bank” by positioning treasury/payment solutions and related services, including support for corporate and commercial clients.
