Source and secure carrier capacity by obtaining bids, negotiating pricing and delivery terms, and supporting supplier development. Maintain carrier scorecards and align allocation with high performers, while managing the commercial relationship between First Solar and its carrier base. Use Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and input from internal stakeholders to determine capacity needs, analyze carrier spend and performance, and coordinate changes to ensure contractual delivery obligations are met.
