Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with business and Subject Matter Experts to write, refine, accept, and prioritize user stories/features that support compliant solutions and balance investment with business value.
  • •Own and maintain a prioritized backlog for one or more Agile teams, ensuring stories include acceptance criteria and reviewing/accepting delivery output against those criteria.
  • •Serve as the direct business representative for delivery teams by representing customers' perspectives throughout the product delivery cycle.
  • •Participate in a cross-functional team (UX, designers, business analysts, developers, testers) to develop, execute, and release products aligned to roadmaps.
  • •Execute user acceptance testing and production validation, and ensure risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled per risk and compliance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •4 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis, or related business operations/product line.
  • •2 years of experience as a Product Owner (or closely related product role), demonstrating success presenting product vision/roadmaps to executive leadership and translating technical information into business impact.
  • •2 years of experience using Jira.
  • •Proficient knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and analyzing business requirements to streamline processes aligned with risk management and regulatory requirements.
