Key Responsibilities

•Set up and run CNC lathes, mills, or grinders and other specialized CNC and manual equipment.
•Operate a wide variety of operations involving multiple machines to convert raw materials to precision semi-finished goods within print tolerance specifications.
•Obtain inspection certification through on-the-job training and testing.
•Work 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. GED in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
•Experience with measurement equipment (gauges, calipers, etc.) and basic hand tools
•Experience with the computer and multiple computer applications (including email, internet, and other job-specific applications)
•Experience with math skills, including adding and subtracting decimals
•Experience reading, interpreting, and following blueprints; set up and run of CNC Lathes/Mills
