Job Summary

Lead and scale B2B demand generation for Wealthsimple Business, driving high-quality leads and improving conversion across the lead funnel. Own strategy and execution across paid media, organic, lifecycle, referrals, and ABM programs targeting high-value segments. Partner with Growth, Sales, Product Marketing, and Commercial Ops on ICPs, lead scoring, routing, and pipeline feedback loops while building reporting from first touch to closed deals and embedding AI into demand-gen workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the strategy and execution of Business demand generation across paid media, organic, lifecycle, referrals, and more, focused on lead quality and downstream pipeline impact.
•Lead ABM programs targeting high-value segments by partnering with Sales to define target accounts, build segment-specific programs, and measure pipeline impact.
•Partner with Sales and Commercial Ops to align on ICPs, lead definitions, scoring models, routing, and feedback loops; participate in pipeline reviews.
•Build and maintain reporting across the funnel from first touch through MQL, SQL, and closed deals, identifying patterns and recommending tests or course changes.
•Manage and develop one direct report by setting clear goals and establishing conditions for strong performance, while embedding AI tools into demand-gen workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 152,000 - 190,000 annually

•Proven track record driving high-quality B2B leads across multiple channels (paid media, lifecycle, outbound) and scaling programs across SMB and mid-market sub-segments.
•Deep hands-on experience in paid media, including owning budgets and managing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn with a focus on lead quality.
•Experience designing and running ABM programs, partnering with Sales to define and prioritize target accounts, and measuring pipeline impact.
•Strong cross-functional partnering experience with Sales and Product Marketing across pipeline reviews, lead definitions, feedback loops, and messaging/campaign briefs.
•Demonstrated ability to use AI to accelerate demand generation work, plus an analytical mindset using data to diagnose funnel issues and recommend improvements.
