  • •Continuously monitor process controls and documentation, sign charts, record processor parameters hourly, and take immediate action on out-of-spec conditions.
  • •Monitor the system for issues affecting sterility and report mechanical or performance-impacting problems to Maintenance or the Production Supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent (Associates Degree preferred).
  • •1 year of food or chemical manufacturing experience ideal.
  • •Ability to operate processing equipment and complete requirements of Certified Processor competency (operating and cleaning 3 systems).
  • •Must follow and comply with GMPs and Food Safety policies.
  • •6 months of prior lift truck operation with safety certification.
