Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an assigned base of sophisticated wealth management clients by working with client service teams, clients, and their advisors to understand client needs and goals, applying fiduciary knowledge to complex relationships.
  • •Lead client conversations for goals-driven wealth management and holistic advice, explaining complex concepts in non-technical terms and recommending actionable actions.
  • •Utilize fiduciary standards and internal resources to identify opportunities for relationship enhancement and prudent risk management.
  • •Cultivate relationships with referral sources and external advisors to build business and represent the firm in professional communities.
  • •Travel to meet with clients as appropriate to support revenue and servicing needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher; JD or similar credential strongly preferred
  • •12-15 years’ experience as a relationship manager or attorney in trust administration, estate administration, estate planning, or related fields
  • •Extensive knowledge of fiduciary standards, principles, and applicable laws and regulations
  • •Strong negotiation, problem solving, delegation, leadership, and sales skills
  • •Proven ability to build and manage complex client relationships and deliver proactive, advice-driven solutions
