Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer sales incentive compensation plan calculations and reporting for eligible employees across business unit(s.
  • •Monitor and analyze sales performance and incentive plan effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • •Lead the monthly finance close process, including financial modeling, journal entries, variance analysis, and communicating results to leadership.
  • •Perform incentive compensation reconciliations, monthly accrual-to-payroll analyses, and identify opportunities to close gaps between financial results and payroll outcomes.
  • •Maintain dashboards and reporting models, serve as Tableau security administrator for incentive statements, and partner with Finance and HR on accurate and timely incentive payments.

Key Requirements
