Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct ongoing assessments across Operations TA teams to identify process gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Design and implement scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices to raise standards across TA teams.
  • •Lead change management for new initiatives, securing buy-in and driving adoption across teams.
  • •Guide day-to-day full life-cycle recruiting strategy and processes for Operations Recruiting.
  • •Lead and develop a team of recruiting leaders to meet staffing goals through coaching, performance management, and engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
  • •7+ years of work experience in recruiting, strategy, consulting, operations, startups, or similar roles.
  • •5+ years of experience in people leadership.
  • •Ability to self-start and lead “first time” assignments with no playbook, from initial question development to rollout.
  • •Proven analytical skills, including comfort leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and problem-solving.
