Supervise daily store operations and help deliver a high-energy customer experience by modeling service behaviors and coaching associates on sales training. Resolve elevated consumer concerns in line with company policy, support onboarding and ongoing training, and partner with store management to meet sales and performance goals. Manage cash handling and merchandise operations (including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment) while ensuring store procedures are followed. Supervise the team when other management is absent.
