Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open and service personal and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts to drive client acquisition.
  • •Partner with branch teammates and line of business partners to deepen existing relationships and manage centers of influence.
  • •Follow compliance, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions and supporting branch operations/teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
