Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
•Open and service personal and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts to drive client acquisition.
•Partner with branch teammates and line of business partners to deepen existing relationships and manage centers of influence.
•Follow compliance, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions and supporting branch operations/teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
•Minimum 1 year experience building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
