Job Summary

Serve as a trusted technical advisor and leader for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and related enterprise infrastructure. Lead discovery workshops, assessments, and solution design, then design, deploy, and manage VCF platforms including lifecycle management, upgrades, automation, and integrations. Provide Level 3 support across virtualization, operating systems, identity services, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery, while creating documentation, runbooks, and operational handover materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead discovery workshops, technical assessments, and solution design activities for VMware Cloud Foundation and infrastructure projects using Dell hardware.
•Design, deploy, and manage VCF platforms, including lifecycle management, upgrades, automation, and integrations.
•Provide Level 3 support across virtualization, operating systems, identity services, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
•Develop solution documentation, implementation plans, test procedures, runbooks, and operational handover materials.
•Present recommendations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate with customer and delivery stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in consulting, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, or enterprise infrastructure engineering.
•Strong expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Automation, and associated VMware technologies.
•Experience with Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, PKI, and backup/recovery solutions.
•Proven analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
•Experience delivering complex, mission-critical infrastructure solutions in secure or highly available environments.
