Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery workshops, technical assessments, and solution design for VMware Cloud Foundation and infrastructure projects using Dell hardware.
  • •Design, deploy, and manage VCF platforms, including lifecycle management, upgrades, automation, and integrations with supporting services.
  • •Provide Level 3 support across virtualization, operating systems, identity services, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery.
  • •Develop solution documentation, implementation plans, test procedures, runbooks, and operational handover materials.
  • •Present recommendations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate with customer and delivery stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in consulting, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, or enterprise infrastructure engineering.
  • •Strong expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Automation, and related VMware technologies.
  • •Experience with Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, PKI, and backup/recovery solutions.
  • •Proven analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Experience delivering complex, mission-critical infrastructure in secure or highly available environments; NV1 Security clearance or higher required.
