Store Associate

Drive sales in-store through exceptional customer service while supporting day-to-day retail operations. Maintain merchandising standards, including stock layout, signage, pricing, barcoding, stock rotation, and replenishment. Ensure product knowledge, handle customer inquiries and complaints, follow returns procedures, and keep store and back-stock areas clean and well-organized. When applicable, operate as a cashier with accurate money handling.
