Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute technical activities of assigned projects to ensure efficient, timely completion in line with government and plant directives.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and direct activities to meet Project Management mission demands within organizational authorities.
  • •Lead planning, scheduling, monitoring, configuration control, analysis, and reporting across projects with varying complexity and risk.
  • •Develop cost, schedule, and risk plans; collect performance data; analyze and forecast estimate-to-complete; and produce reporting.
  • •Track scope changes and their cost/schedule impacts, and integrate cost and schedule reporting with accounting/management information systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree plus 20 years of relevant experience.
  • •Q clearance (or ability to obtain one) is required.
  • •Must have Primavera P6 experience.
  • •Advanced experience in planning and schedule compliance, plus cost control, change management, and variance reporting.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and/or WebEVM (CloudEVM), and experience in Empower.
