Project Manager (Noise Insulation) - Transport Infrastructure

Lead noise insulation schemes from planning and design through completion and commissioning, acting as the Contracting Entity’s representative. Oversee delivery against schedule, cost, variations, contracts, and risk; develop and manage the Project Execution Plan; and coordinate design consultants, external providers, and tendering. Provide on-site oversight across multiple locations, manage change control and compensation events, and report progress and risk updates through the project lifecycle.
