Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Contracting Entity’s representative, managing the project from planning and design through successful completion and commissioning to deliver time, budget, and specification outcomes.
  • •Oversee and monitor project delivery around schedule, interface, cost, variations, contract, and risk; maintain the Responsible/Accountable/Consulted/Informed task tracker and overall project risk register with monthly updates.
  • •Issue and award tender contracts, coordinate project interfaces across the lifecycle, and manage relationships with the Aviation Transformation Manager.
  • •Coordinate and manage design consultants and external service providers, run design review meetings, communicate design acceptance and design changes to impacted stakeholders, and provide on-site oversight including inspections, safety compliance, and homeowner engagement.
  • •Manage change control and the compensation event process, review and approve programme submissions, and perform contract administration duties under ECC requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Construction/Infrastructure sector, focused on building-related projects such as residential and educational facilities.
  • •A university degree in Project Management or an Engineering discipline (civil or architectural background desirable).
  • •Experience with E-Tenders requirements and strong procurement knowledge, including tender evaluation and presentation.
  • •Experience operating on site (not just office-based) with tangible documentation of best-practice project management policies and standards.
  • •Track record delivering construction/asset delivery projects to time and within budget, with experience acting as a client’s project manager and managing stakeholders.
