Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate technology design and Cisco solutions, including software releases, for projects/accounts to accelerate customer outcomes.
  • •Build customer simulations in test labs to resolve and validate complex compatibility and technical issues.
  • •Execute and automate test cases using detailed test plans (DTP), implementing automation opportunities where identified.
  • •Raise defects and liaise with Dev engineers to drive issue resolution during validation.
  • •Create traffic profiles with third-party test tools and deliver customer collateral, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in Computer Science or equivalent plus 2-3 years of relevant work experience (advanced degree strongly preferred).
  • •Knowledge of software programmability (Python/Ansible/Rest APIs), automation, orchestration and/or virtualization.
  • •Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches.
  • •Expert & professional Cisco certifications like CCIE or CCNP (highly desired).
  • •Hands-on experience with at least one technology area, including networking protocols/traffic engineering and testing tools like Spirent or Ixia.
