Travel within an assigned district to support rental branches by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing major and minor repairs on customer and company heavy equipment and aerial lifts. This hands-on role includes preventive maintenance, safe equipment parts pickup/delivery with DOT compliance, coaching other technicians, and maintaining accurate electronic work order documentation. The position requires frequent driving and extended overnight stays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Travel within the assigned district/region to support, evaluate, coach, and provide feedback to other technicians.
•Perform complex machine diagnosis and major component removal and replacement.
•Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across customer and company-owned equipment.
•Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and assist with pickup/delivery, including safe loading/unloading with DOT height/width/weight compliance.
•Attend safety meetings and maintain accurate electronic work orders daily, including filling in during leadership gaps as needed.

•High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, plus a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
