Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and identify root causes of inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with store leadership
  • •Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and stock management
  • •Maintain and enforce strong visual standards for the sales floor and merchandising
  • •Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology and facilities to maximize store performance and efficiency
