Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Premier Relationship Managers and channels to identify protection gaps using a needs-based approach.
  • •Recommend suitable insurance solutions and support simplified insurance journeys to improve conversion and client experience.
  • •Conduct protection/portfolio reviews as appropriate, assessing suitability and helping manage risks and opportunities.
  • •Coach PRMs and teams to improve insurance product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and quality.
  • •Ensure compliance with the needs-based sales process, suitability requirements, and local regulatory requirements; maintain required licensing/T&C standards.

Key Requirements

  • •IRDAI Certification (mandatory, as applicable to the market and role requirements).
  • •3–5 years’ experience in a similar role or in insurance selling (protection-focused), preferably within banking/wealth or a comparable distribution model.
  • •Use a needs-based approach to identify protection gaps and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • •Maintain required licensing and T&C standards and deliver agreed development plans with your line manager.
  • •Ensure recommendations and sales activity follow suitability requirements and applicable local regulatory requirements.
