Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control, change notes, and deprecation of outdated patterns.
  • •Create knowledge base articles (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths) to keep Service Desk and OSS ready to support AI tools and products.
  • •Deliver targeted enablement for support teams via walkthroughs, office hours, and release briefings to improve first-contact resolution.
  • •Track and report adoption and value metrics, analyze trends for adoption barriers, and recommend actions such as new playbooks, training updates, or product feedback.
  • •Operate AI governance: intake and triage new AI requests, coordinate cross-functional review and approval, prepare assessment materials, and keep audit-ready decision records to closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated success aligning priorities in a matrixed environment to execute shared goals.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns, including version control and retiring outdated content.
  • •Working knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices, including privacy, confidentiality, and data handling.
  • •Strong technical writing skills producing knowledge base content (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths) with taxonomy and content standards.
  • •Ability to track and analyze adoption and value metrics and produce dashboards and leadership readouts with clear recommendations.
