Principal, Multifamily Credit and Underwriting - Senior Housing

Collaborate with management and clients to facilitate communications and negotiations related to loans and other investments. Underwrite and review the issuance of securities to customers, evaluate and improve review processes to support lending decisions, and recommend changes to issuance and related workflows. Serve as Senior Housing subject matter expertise across the Fannie Mae Multifamily platform, leveraging extensive multifamily underwriting experience to guide complex, structured transactions and risk/cost decisions.
