Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with China Product Managers to drive delivery of China solutions, including in-house and third-party development.
  • •Establish project schedules and lead teams from ideation through business alignment to launch and release.
  • •Understand the solution roadmap and define solution MVP based on hardware needs and validation plans.
  • •Develop integration plans with design, development, and test partners; coordinate delivery across agile and waterfall timelines for product launch.
  • •Drive solution checkpoint preparation and presentation, manage risks and change requests, and coach team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • •Typically 6-10 years of experience in program/project delivery.
  • •Able to speak and read Chinese is a must; good understanding of the China ecosystem is a plus.
  • •Proven track record driving complex SW integration using Waterfall and/or Scale Agile methodologies.
  • •Strong skills in program planning tools, analytical problem-solving, and managing programs across stakeholders and matrixed teams.
