Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery conversations to understand clients’ travel goals, style, and preferences.
  • •Design bespoke itineraries with in-destination teams.
  • •Present proposals using storytelling to clearly communicate Kensington’s offerings.
  • •Guide clients through booking and provide seamless communication before, during, and after travel.
  • •Follow up post-travel to gather feedback, drive referrals, and foster loyalty.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of consultative sales experience in travel, ideally with luxury/high-ticket clients.
  • •1+ years as a group or private tour guide in one or more countries such as Egypt, UK, France, Italy, Morocco, Jordan, Oman, UAE, Greece, or Malta.
  • •Excellent English-speaking and writing skills.
  • •Proven ability to close complex sales cycles and exceed revenue targets.
  • •Strong destination knowledge and emotional intelligence, with active listening and high attention to detail.
