Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the UX research strategy for Access Management in India and scope/prioritize generative and evaluative research aligned to business goals across multiple platforms.
  • •Build and manage an exclusive user panel of dedicated personas to create a pipeline to critical users and deeper customer empathy.
  • •Champion AI-driven efficiency in research workflows, including automating recurring work like transcript synthesis, feedback classification, and qualitative coding.
  • •Empower cross-functional partners in Product, Design, and Engineering to run high-quality evaluative studies by providing training frameworks, templates, and workflows while mentoring their research mindset.
  • •Apply mixed methodologies (contextual inquiry, usability testing, surveys, quantitative analysis) and synthesize findings into compelling stories and actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of product development experience conducting UX research in enterprise/B2B environments, or a Master’s degree/PhD in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or related fields with 2+ years of experience.
  • •A digital portfolio/case study deck showing end-to-end UX research ownership, generative and evaluative methodologies, and measurable business/product impact.
  • •Experience researching desktop and mobile applications across macOS, Windows, iOS, and/or Android.
  • •Demonstrated user research track record in complex, highly technical B2B, enterprise, security, or developer-facing domains.
  • •Background in identity, access management, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT admin tools is a strong plus.
