Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and produce jobs as a TIG Welder, following safety and team guidelines.
  • •TIG weld titanium, aluminum, Inconel, stainless steel, and carbon materials within specified thickness and OD ranges.
  • •Inspect parts using fixtures, gauges, and other inspection equipment to meet specifications.
  • •Use blueprints to accurately create welds and follow WPS/PQR instructions.
  • •Participate in cross-functional Lean/continuous improvement teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Certification in welding from an accredited institution OR at least 1 year of GTAW (TIG) welding experience.
  • •Ability to read and interpret blueprints and WPS/PQR instructions.
  • •Demonstrated aptitude using calipers and micrometers and knowledge of visual weld inspection (preferred).
  • •U.S. person eligibility for access to export-controlled information, with no immigration sponsorship/support considered for this position.
