Job Summary

Lead client service and global account management for HSBC’s Payments and Cash Management “GPS” solutions in the US. Own strategy execution with the Global and Regional Service Heads, drive a digital-first customer engagement model across onshore/offshore teams, and lead the US GAM organization and global GAM/diamond network efforts. Oversee KPIs/OKRs for all client tiers, sponsor key relationships, and partner with sales, implementation, integration, product, and coverage teams to retain profitable clients and enhance satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and sustain a technology-enabled, globally connected payments franchise by providing client solutions and supporting efficiency and growth objectives.
•Lead and manage a team of 140+ FTE across onshore and offshore to deliver digital-first customer engagement.
•Support global service propositions strategy and drive global account management for US and global GAM/diamond network alliances.
•Lead uptiering, training, and performance development for the GAM/SAM/AM population, and oversee KPIs/OKRs and metrics for client tiers.
•Provide formal senior service sponsorship for key client relationships and collaborate with coverage, regional/global client services, and other product teams to retain profitable relationships.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years working in Payments and Cash Management.
•In-depth knowledge of cash management products and services and related industry standards.
•Experience with local regulatory requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
•Good business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural, and regulatory issues.
•Proven ability to deliver enhanced client satisfaction and to understand customer business priorities.
