•Build and extend foundational systems across the full stack, from backend services to frontend interfaces.
•Own projects end to end, including product and architectural decisions through deployment, monitoring, and impact measurement.
•Drive work forward autonomously while collaborating with a lean, high-trust team.
•Tackle complex problems at massive scale using simple, well-crafted solutions.
•Initiate improvements across the codebase and product through proactive problem-solving.

Key Requirements

•Strong full-stack engineering experience with production-grade work across backend and frontend.

•Experience building at scale in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
