Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the efficient 360° management of store operations, including shop activities and team management.
  • •Plan and monitor monthly/weekly/daily activities (selling, floor set-ups, training, orders, POSM), assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
  • •Manage sales associates’ work shifts and supervise performance by giving regular feedback and supporting sales.
  • •Support omnichannel selling and customer service quality, including complaints, refunds, stock, shipments, payments, and after-sales services.
  • •Support inventory, cash flows, payments reporting, visual merchandising, maintenance/cleanliness, and deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports with analysis and actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous retail experience as a Store Manager/Deputy/Department Manager/Section Manager.
  • •Candidates with 10+ months as Sales Associates at Pandora may also apply.
