Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the business and operational partner to the VP of Commercial Expansion by translating goals into operating plans and adjusting to hit revenue and retention targets.
  • •Identify business challenges and opportunities through data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and process reviews, then devise and execute solutions.
  • •Lead operational cadences such as pipeline inspections and forecast calls to surface trends, gaps, and accountability in the GTM motion.
  • •Ensure post-sales systems and tools (including forecasting and customer success platforms) meet post-sales needs by providing design requirements to the central systems team.
  • •Use AI opportunities (e.g., LLMs, customized tools, enrichment/signals, and product telemetry) to drive revenue and reduce churn, acting as an escalation point for operational blockers.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM operations, including at least 2 years supporting a post-sales, renewal, or expansion motion.
  • •Experience supporting a commercial or mid-market sales organization at a SaaS company, ideally in a consumption-based business model.
  • •Fluency with SaaS expansion and retention metrics (e.g., NRR, GDR, expansion ARR, churn ARR, logo churn, contraction) and cohort analysis.
  • •Entrepreneurial ownership with a track record of data-driven decisions and leading multiple concurrent cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Strong proficiency with tools and systems including Salesforce, Gainsight (or equivalent), Looker/Tableau (or similar reporting), with SQL experience a plus.
