Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead production planning and finite scheduling in close coordination with the plant team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of finished goods.
  • •Monitor FG inventory, highlight risks to CFR, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to maintain CFR at 98% or higher.
  • •Highlight supply-related issues and collaborate with BUs, Demand Planning, Plant Operations, and Logistics teams to drive resolutions and ensure operational excellence.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, cost reduction, and overall supply chain optimization.
  • •Manage product listing/delisting/withdrawal in partnership with Marketing, ensuring minimal write-offs.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in supply planning or production planning
  • •Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and business acumen
  • •Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • •Good communication and stakeholder management skills
