Key Responsibilities

  • •Check daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment.
  • •Ensure every position is filled before production startup and oversee team member exercises and job rotation for ergonomics.
  • •Ensure machinery operates to the highest standard and verify all workstations pass USDA Inspection.
  • •Ensure accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper coding of products, including records of reworked or returned product.
  • •Oversee processing operations, work with other supervisors to solve problems, promote safety daily/monthly, and provide continuous quality education.
