Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in talent management or HR generalist roles.
  • •Experience in HR generalist roles, preferably supporting early career or rotational programs.
  • •Strong knowledge of talent management practices including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • •Proficiency with HRIS systems and talent management tools to track and support employee development (HCM is a must).
