Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain the V-BAT configuration baseline across aircraft, payloads, software, and ground/support equipment, tracking serials, revisions, versions, and customer-specific baselines.
  • •Manage the change control process to ensure approved changes are controlled, traceable, and applied to the correct aircraft, customers, and configurations using effectivity logic.
  • •Support Engineering Change Requests/Orders, change impact assessments, release readiness reviews, retrofit plans, and service action planning for fielded updates.
  • •Maintain configuration records for deployed assets, spares, and field-modified configurations, ensuring fixes and retrofits are tied to correct serial numbers and effectivity ranges.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align production and supplier changes, identify traceability gaps/configuration risks, and support audits, investigations, and process improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in configuration management, change control, aviation sustainment, product support, manufacturing operations, PLM, engineering operations, or complex hardware sustainment.
  • •Experience managing configuration baselines, revision control, change effectivity, and fielded asset records in a complex technical environment.
  • •Strong understanding of as-built/as-maintained records, serial number traceability, effectivity management, and engineering change control.
  • •Experience supporting Engineering Change Requests/Orders, release readiness reviews, retrofit planning, service actions, or fielded product updates.
  • •Ability to determine which aircraft, systems, customers, configurations, or serial numbers are affected by changes, issues, releases, retrofits, or service actions.
