Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up ship schedules according to instructions from shipping lines and monitor operational productivity.
  • •Follow loading and unloading schedules and ensure correct administrative preparation and follow-through for sea and inland vessels.
  • •Coordinate execution of the planning and align with operational teams.
  • •Act as the contact point for shipping lines and their agents to ensure clear communication.
  • •Process and validate operational data and documentation, and report operational progress to the Teamleader, adjusting when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor- or master’s degree in logistics, or equivalent experience (starters are welcome).
  • •Interest in maritime transport and port logistics.
  • •Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
  • •Analytical, stress-resistant, and results-oriented working style.
  • •Willingness to work shifts and on weekends.
