Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership for the evolution of Global Digital PMO, ensuring required people, capabilities, operating model, and delivery capacity.
  • •Establish and manage a digital deployment model for rapidly assigning senior program/project managers to high-priority initiatives and recovery efforts.
  • •Continuously assess PMO organizational health and maturity; develop multi-year capability roadmaps and drive succession planning.
  • •Ensure portfolio readiness for strategic transformation by evaluating readiness, supporting executive portfolio planning, and identifying capability/capacity execution risks.
  • •Serve as PMO lead for digital integration during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships, including temporary governance and executive integration reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 12+ years of experience in portfolio, program, project management, or digital transformation leadership; or a Master’s degree plus 10+ years in these areas.
  • •Minimum 5 years leading enterprise-level PMO/portfolio/program management or business transformation organizations.
  • •Proven success leading large, cross-functional digital transformation initiatives for business-critical capabilities.
  • •Experience building organizational capability improvement strategies across portfolio, program, and project management disciplines.
  • •U.S. citizenship required for authorization under the program/contract.
