Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Engage customers and maintain a friendly, easy shopping environment while continuing to build daily client relationships.
  • •Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, and focus on deficient areas and growth opportunities.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage and educate guests and staff on ALO product, community, and culture, including store initiatives and new launches.
  • •Assist with store operations such as shipment processing, product flow, replenishment, visual merchandising placement, and executing front/back-of-house procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
