Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection, crop nutrient products, seed, custom application procedures, and mixing procedures.
  • •Perform all agronomy/seed operations.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment and related vehicles and sprayers.
  • •Provide excellent customer service and help customers while keeping operations compliant with CHS Environmental and Safety policy.
