Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute key components of the corporate month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • •Analyze financial fluctuations and provide variance explanations to leadership.
  • •Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and timely issue resolution, with strong documentation.
  • •Partner with Corporate Accounting leadership to automate, transition, and scale work to a centralized model, including SOP development.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders, BPO partners, and teams across Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting, Tax, and Business Unit Finance to drive accurate reporting and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or directly related academic field).
  • •3+ years of experience in corporate accounting, consolidations, or Big 4/public accounting.
  • •Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
  • •Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; advanced proficiency in Excel (BlackLine/Workiva/consolidation systems preferred).
