Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of vehicles at Carvana’s Market Hubs. You’ll inspect arriving inventory for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic issues, perform multi-point checks (including safety and fuel level disclosures), and wash and vacuum vehicles on a regular basis. Coordinate with teammates to support timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction while communicating with coworkers, vendors, and management and maintaining reliable attendance.

•Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at Market Hubs.
•Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.
•Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis.
•Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, including fuel level, safety features, drivability tests, and required disclosures.
•Coordinate with coworkers to support timely deliveries and maintain positive relationships with external vendors, while adhering to predictable attendance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.5 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
•Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
•Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and carry/transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
•Requires standing for extended periods and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
•Requires excellent visual acuity, manual dexterity, and the ability to use required safety equipment.
