  • •Direct the end-to-end design, development, testing, certification, and delivery of contact/contactless chip technologies, mobile payments, and emerging payment devices.
  • •Develop and govern card- and wallet-related functional and security requirements, including test plans/tools for D-PAS card personalization and Mobile D-PAS Wallet validations.
  • •Build, scale, and manage an engineering and validation organization, including recruiting, performance management, and career development.
  • •Lead technical architecture and roadmap execution, serving as final technical authority on product technology specifications with security rigor.
  • •Establish testing, validation governance, and global compliance programs; manage vendor relationships and industry standardization influence while mitigating executive-level risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 184,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of payment technology research and development experience.
  • •At least 4 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal or external business clients.
  • •At least 4 years of people management and performance management experience.
  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •4+ years experience involving EMV payments systems, mobile payment technologies (including cloud-based payments) and secure elements (preferred/strongly indicated).
