Job Summary

Lead store operations for The North Face by supporting the store leadership team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help exceed sales and profit goals by tracking KPIs and individual targets. Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, task delegation, inventory/shipping/receiving, visual merchandising, and loss prevention while partnering with Store and Assistant Store Managers to drive profitability and an inclusive store culture.

•Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
•Support stockroom operations and maintain inventory integrity through organizing inventory, processing shipments, and loss prevention practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.5 - 22.8 hourly

•1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
•Ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.

•Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
