Job Summary

Lead preventive, corrective, predictive, and emergency mechanical maintenance to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. Set maintenance priorities, supervise mechanical maintenance crews, and coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams to align work with operational needs and engineering standards. Strengthen reliability and equipment availability through troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, reliability programs, documentation, and capability development via training and coaching, while driving EHSS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead mechanical maintenance planning and execution for preventive, corrective, predictive, and emergency work to support safe, reliable plant operations.
•Prioritize maintenance assignments, review schedules and inspection/testing plans, monitor crew progress, and maintain readiness of resources and spare parts.
•Investigate mechanical issues, run root-cause analysis for repeated failures, and drive chronic failure elimination and corrective actions to improve reliability.
•Coordinate human/equipment resources, manage contractor and vendor service agreements, validate engineering/maintenance documentation, and oversee emergency repairs with proper documentation.
•Lead maintenance teams through coaching, cross-training, training program organization, performance management, and EHSS compliance, including incident investigation participation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•7 years of experience in the maintenance field.
•Lead preventive, corrective, predictive, and emergency mechanical maintenance activities.
•Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and root cause analysis, including reliability-centered maintenance practices.
•Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and listening), facilitate in English, and demonstrate leadership for maintenance teams.
