Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safe work practices and client site policies to keep the team accident-free.
  • •Support RFP bid processes and provide close support to the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager.
  • •Draft and process RFIs and change order requests; verify field conditions against design documents and maintain working sets.
  • •Compile and validate cable test reports and support QA/QC by ensuring adherence to Quality Control plans and reviewing test results.
  • •Lead field validation of telecom design, manage reporting/escalation, coordinate with subcontractors and superintendents, and support customer acceptance and closeout documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in the construction industry in a similar role, with preference for large structured cabling or data center construction projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or relevant experience in lieu of degree).
  • •Extensive knowledge of safety protocols, processes, and procedures.
  • •Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills to interact effectively with employees, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency with computer/business applications including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, and Textura.
