Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the plan-to-perform process and collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with operational execution.
  • •Report entity financial performance timely and in detail, including income statement, balance sheet, and KPIs.
  • •Drive cost and inventory analysis, identifying opportunities and communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • •Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and Code of Conduct requirements.
  • •Support the General Manager with business planning, promote financial accountability, and lead risk management, contingency planning, and internal controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience as a Controller.
  • •Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ERP systems such as Infor M3 and/or Infor Syteline.
  • •Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI.
