Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute Hydration’s RGM strategy, including price, promotion, and price pack architecture, in partnership with BU Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • •Perform category, competitive, and channel analysis to inform RGM strategy, including strategic price index, profit pool assessment, and promotion effectiveness.
  • •Own RGM strategy for new product commercialization, including pricing, promotion, pack size, channel strategy, and P&L creation.
  • •Support development and execution of annual price and promotional plans using price curve and elasticity assessments.
  • •Complete post-mortems on RGM initiatives to evaluate ROI, volume lifts, velocities, and market share impacts; drive execution of national list price changes and sales sell decks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting) is preferred.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in Revenue Management, Finance, Marketing, or Consulting is preferred.
  • •Experience in CPG is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated strong financial and analytical skills with broad business acumen.
  • •Proven capability to manage large sets of data in MS Excel, plus experience with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen) is a plus.
