Job Summary

Own materials planning and program execution to support manufacturing success, from NPI through ramp readiness and high-volume manufacturing transitions. Translate manufacturing and market dynamics into actionable strategies for risk mitigation, inventory optimization, and total cost management. Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure BOM integrity, on-time delivery, cost and quality objectives, and effective contingency plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate manufacturing and market dynamics into actionable strategies for materials planning, risk mitigation, and total cost optimization.
•Coordinate and monitor materials acquisition to support NPI programs and ramp readiness for transition to high-volume manufacturing.
•Collaborate with suppliers to execute contractual requirements, drive performance improvements, optimize costs, and develop operational strategies.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to define customer demand and establish early raw materials requirements; ensure BOM integrity, availability, cost, and quality objectives.
•Analyze complex data to optimize processes and provide regular stakeholder updates with contingency plans to close gaps and mitigate risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 76,780 - 152,460 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
•3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with a GED or Associates degree.
•Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and tools.
•Experience using risk management strategies related to materials planning and supply chain operations.
•Experience with BOM management, cost benchmarking, and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes.
