Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and lead internal and outsourced development and manufacturing partners to support product manufacture.
  • •Perform engineering analysis and root-cause analysis of defective product units or sub-assemblies in production matters.
  • •Evaluate customer feedback and manufacturing/test/quality assurance results and communicate issue analysis to product stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with partners and management to recommend and implement product or process changes to reduce defects, improve quality, and lower costs.
  • •Represent the product engineering team across all phases of larger and more complex development and manufacturing projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline (or commensurate work experience).
  • •Typically 4-7 years of work experience in product design & development or a related field.
  • •Experience with new product development and product lifecycle/product requirements and roadmaps.
  • •Knowledge of engineering analysis and root-cause analysis for defective products and sub-assemblies.
  • •Ability to independently manage moderate-to-high complexity projects and deliver written reports.
